Reminder: Rudolfo Anaya event is only a week away!

The Santa Fe Public Library is pleased to announce that the Library will be premiering Rudolfo Anaya’s new book, How Hollyhocks Came to New Mexico, on Sunday, November 25 at the Main Library’s Community Room, 145 Washington Avenue. The program will be from 2:00 - 4:00 pm.

Mr. Anaya will be there to greet and autograph books. Author Nasario Garcia translated the book and will be present to read the book. Also attending will be the book’s artist, Nick Otero, an award-winning Spanish Market artist. Books will be available for purchase with part of the proceeds benefiting the Library.

The program is free and open to the public. Light refreshments will be served. Parking in Santa Fe is free on Sundays.

The program is sponsored by Rio Grande Books and the Friends of the Santa Fe Public Library.

NOTE: In the event that health prevents Anaya from coming to Santa Fe, signed books will be available at the event.
