Postcards Return to Santa Fe After 82 Years!

This is a wonderful story. One of our reference librarians was contacted by a lady from the Midwest, who sent us these fantastic postcards which she found in an old album belonging to her parents, who had passed away. They had vacationed in Santa Fe in August of 1930, bought these postcards, and put them in a vacation photo album. Their daughter found them and decided to send them to us. Unfortunately the glue from attaching them in the album has covered up any information on the back of the cards, so all we have is the front of the cards, the date, and a really cool tale. (If you want to see them up close, they’ll be in our vertical file!)

so when did Scottish Rite go pink? I noticed the latest color is somewhat different. Great postcards!
