October 19 Brainpower & Brownbags lunch lecture at the New Mexico History Museum

Please join us for the October Brainpower & Brownbags lunch lecture on Wednesday, October 19^th.  Dr. Jann Gilmore will discuss the “Life and Work of Santa Fe Artist Olive Rush” at noon in the New Mexico History Museum’s Meem Community Room.  Dr. Gilmore will be available to sign copies of her new book “Olive Rush: Finding Her Place in the Santa Fe Art Colony”, published by the Museum of New Mexico Press, after the lecture.  Copies will be available for purchase at the Museum Shops and in the Meem Room at the close of the lecture.

Wednesday, November 16^th will feature Matthew Saionz on “The 1837 Revolt: US Expansion, and the Fracturing of Mexican New Mexico”.

Wednesday, December 14^th will feature Tim Maxwell on “New Mexico Turquoise in Mexico?”
