The Friends of the
Santa Fe Public Library have joined #GivingTuesday, a new national day
dedicated to giving, similar to the way Black Friday and Cyber Monday have become
days that are synonymous with holiday shopping.
The Friends are an independent non-profit organization whose mission is to support the public library by providing funding, advocacy, programming, services, and materials that enrich the diverse community it serves. Virtually every penny donated to the Friends of the Santa Fe Public Library directly supports:

Virtually every penny donated to the Friends of the Santa Fe Public Library directly supports:
- Expanded materials collections, including audio and
video titles, electronic databases, books in Spanish, language programs,
large print books, audio books, and e-books.
- Children and family programs
such as the summer reading program, after school programs, pre-school
story times, and Books and Babies.
- Author presentations and
lectures
We hope you will
