Paperless Customers
Will Receive Their Bill Via E-mail
The City
of Santa Fe Utility Billing Division is changing contractors for printing and
mailing of water, refuse and sewer utility bills. The transition from the old
vendor to the new vendor will occur on May 9, 2013. Residential and commercial
customers that receive paper bills may not notice a change. Paperless customers
will now receive their bill via e-mail with a .pdf attachment and a link to pay
their utility bill online.
Current paperless
customers should be on the lookout for their utility bill and monitor their spam
folder for the new utility bill. If a paperless customer does not receive their
bill via e-mail they should contact customer service at UtilityCustomerService@ci.santa-fe.nm.us
or by phone at 505-955-4333.
