In early January, and as part of their Local Content Vehicle American Tour, C-SPAN visited the
City Different.Programs about Pojoque Pueblo, the Palace of the Governors, New Mexico's railroad history, San Miguel Mission, the Georgia O'Keeffe Museum, Museum of Indian Arts & Culture, and New Mexico's State Capitol will air on C-SPAN 3, American History TV at 3 p.m. (MST) on Sunday, Feb. 3rd.
On C-SPAN 2, Book TV, will feature interviews with several our city's authors, as well as tour literary sites. Book TV airs at 10 a.m. (MST) on Saturday, Feb. 2 and at 7 a.m. (MST) on Sunday, Feb. 3. Interviews include:
- Blood and Thunder: The Epic Story of Kit Carson and the Conquest of the American West by Hampton Sides
- Without Reservations by Ricardo Caté
- Exploring the Past, Defining the Future by Rob Dean, Editor
