Fine Arts for Children and Teens (FACT) will be leading three art-making workshops titled “Tons of Texture” for the Santa Fe Public Library in July. Throughout these library workshops, FACT instructor Tara Santini will guide participants on exploration of texture: what it is, the difference between visual and tactile texture, and how to use various techniques to create texture.Lessons are kid friendly and fun for the whole family. All art materials will be provided for these free programs. The programs are for children ages 5 to 12 years old and registration is required because class space is limited. Parents are encouraged to attend with their child.
